1. Delete your data from inside KOORMEX
- Sign in at prod.koormex.com.
- Open Settings → Connections and disconnect Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. This revokes our access and deletes the stored access tokens immediately.
- To delete everything, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
2. Delete your data by request
If you cannot sign in, or you only used a Facebook or Instagram login with KOORMEX, email privacy@koormex.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The name and email (or Facebook / Instagram ID) linked to your KOORMEX account.
- Which data to delete — all data, or only data received from Meta.
We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account. We confirm by email and complete verified requests within 30 days.
3. Remove KOORMEX from your Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove the app directly from Meta: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (remove KOORMEX), or Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. When Meta notifies us, or when you ask us, we delete the data we received through that connection.
4. What is deleted
- Profile and contact details (name, email, mobile number).
- Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp access tokens, account and Page identifiers, and message and post content received from Meta.
- AI employee configurations, drafts and activity trail for your account.
Data in backups is overwritten on the normal rotation (within 90 days).
5. What we may keep
Invoices and payment records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires, and limited security logs may be kept to prevent fraud and abuse. This data is not used for any other purpose.
