1. Overview
KOORMEX is a subscription service priced per AI employee per month, and you can start free with no credit card. This policy explains cancellations and when we refund payments. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Free plan and trial
You can try KOORMEX on the free plan before paying anything, so we encourage you to test the AI employees you need before upgrading.
3. Cancelling your subscription
- Cancel any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
- We do not pro-rate or refund unused days in a billing period that has already started.
4. When we will refund
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: full refund of the amount charged in error.
- Technical failure: if a paid AI employee could not work for a material part of the billing period because of a fault on our side that we could not fix, we will refund or credit the affected period.
- First-payment review: if you contact us within 7 days of your first-ever paid charge and have not substantially used the paid features, we will refund it.
- Required by law: any refund that applicable law requires.
5. When we will not refund
- Change of mind after the first 7 days, or unused time after you cancel.
- Dissatisfaction with a feature that was clearly described on our website.
- Issues caused by third parties, such as Meta suspending or limiting your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, template rejections, or message-delivery limits set by the platform.
- Charges made by Meta or others directly to you (for example WhatsApp conversation charges) — these are billed by them, not by KOORMEX.
- Accounts closed for breach of our Terms.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@koormex.com with the account email, the date and amount of the charge, the payment reference and a short reason. We reply within 2 business days and, if approved, refund to the original payment method.
7. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
